• There is potential loss of accuracy during trajectory exchange - Controlling trajectory segment size can limit the extent of errors • Significant errors can result from situations of large wind gradients, ground speed changes with altitude and aircraft maneuvers • Trajectory exchange standards should consider the inclusion of information related to: - RTA guidance - Prediction accuracy (figure of merit) - Wind information (wind used in the prediction) - Deviation tolerances
