In view of the failure risk caused by the wear and tear of mechanical slip rings during the rotating power supply process of spacecraft solar panels, this paper presents a new solar array drive assembly based on magnetically coupled wireless transmission technology. In this way, the magnetic coupling wireless transmission coil can avoid the mechanical contact and relative motion of the conductor during the transmission of electric energy, and solve the failure problems such as adhesion discharge caused by conductor wear. The appropriate structure of wireless transmission coil can ensure the stable transmission performance when the solar panels and cabins rotate relatively. Appropriate resonant network can reduce the loss of the magnetic coupling transmission coil and reduce the influence on the photovoltaic curve. The high frequency resonant power converter can ensure high efficiency of power transmission in the DC-DC terminal.
