Due to its potential uses across many industries, the Internet of Drones (IoD) is a developing field that has received a lot of interest. The open architecture and wireless connectivity of the IoD, however, render it susceptible to a number of security and privacy issues, such as data leaks, denial of service attacks, eavesdropping, and jamming. The security and privacy concerns of IoD are briefly discussed in this study. The study looks at the current security measures, including encryption, intrusion detection, and authentication, and how well they work to handle the security and privacy issues with IoD. The study also looks at new security paradigms like blockchain and AI and how they might improve the security and privacy of IoD. The findings of this study aim to provide valuable insights for researchers and practitioners to design secure and efficient IoD networks, promote the safe and effective deployment of drone-based applications.
