The continuously increasing interest toward using personal cars in cities with high population is causing more traffic congestion and gridlocks each day. Urban Air Mobility is a rapidly growing concept with the promise of alleviating the traffic on the ground by moving parts of urban transportation to the air. One of the challenges of the urban air mobility is addressing of the On-Demand Mobility vehicles. This paper analyzes this challenge and also suggests practical solutions. The analysis is based on a Monte-Carlo stochastic model that was developed specifically to assess ODM-vehicles traffic patterns and predict possible high-demand periods. Moreover, multiple scenarios of possible policies and flexibilities along with their traffic-flow patterns will be presented. Their impact on the allowed flight time will be discussed. The associated simulation results are provided to enable exploring the most appropriate number of addresses needed to accommodate the maximum number of cars for different cases.
