We report a new method for measurement of the Voigt line relaxation parameters by means of phase-switching microwave spectrometer. The method is based on the separation of the homogeneous part of line out of the experimentally obtained adsorption coefficient. It has been tested on the OCS spectrum. The method has been applied to investigation of multicomponent gas mixture.
