The web-based application developed for this research is for a higher institution aiming to reduce mobility problems within the institution among both staff and students. The software application provides an effective means of easy transportation. It serves as an online site where students may request transportation, supported through real-time GPS tracking, option requests, and direct communication features, thus enabling the seamless participation of students. This approach enables the university to have fewer single-occupancy cars on campus and therefore encourages carpooling, which results in some potential benefits; it reduces congestion and queuing. It is also a good way of promoting togetherness, enabling social interaction and networking during the rides. The software provides a realistic solution to problems revolving around university shuttle rides. It improves mobility and connectivity while promoting environmental responsibility and social participation
