Electric vehicles are anticipated to play a vital role in transportation in the future because of their dependability and lower CO2 and greenhouse gas emissions. However, the advancements in battery technology, combined with rising concerns about environmental pollution, have prompted the electrification of transportation. Electric vehicles (EVs), which take the place of internal combustion engine-driven vehicles, have a negative impact on power system operating parameters. The high charging load of fast EV charging stations degrades the power systems utilizing the parameters. Customer dissatisfaction will result from the degradation of the reliability of the distribution network’s critical operating parameters. The research aims to quantify and investigate the deployment effects on the voltage profile, reliability, and power losses of EVCS load of standard IEEE 33 bus Radial Distribution test system using the MATLAB programming interface.
