The purpose of incorporating Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) into ERGs for women is to investigate how these immersive technologies might facilitate more participation and inclusion. The goal is to see how well virtual reality and augmented reality work in creating spaces where women feel safe enough to express themselves and make connections regardless of their location. The objective is to show how accessible these technologies are by creating online communities that encourage mentoring, teamwork, and the sharing of knowledge. The goal is to let women participate more actively in Employee Resource Groups (ERG)s, regardless of their location or position in the company, by using virtual reality and augmented reality technology.
