Summary form only given. In this paper, we propose a new integration of diffractive optical element (DOE) with receiver optoelectronic integrated circuits (OEIC's). Such integration enables distribution of high bandwidth signals without skews. Since the DOE acts as a focusing lens, the photodetector area can be reduced, enabling higher bandwidth and larger integration density.
