In this article, a compact modified semi-hexagonal shaped MIMO antenna is proposed for wireless communication networks. The reported antenna with quad radiating elements is printed on a 48*48 um2 substrate with quartz material having a thickness of 0.782 um with dielectric constant “εr=3.75”. To acquire a wide band from 3.45 - 11. 5 THz, offset semicircular slots are etched out from radiators with the partial ground, and Isolation between radiating elements is obtained more than -22dB throughout intended spectrum. The maximum gain of proposed antenna is 5.88 dB with more than 95% radiating efficiency. All acceptable limit of simulated MIMO diversity characteristics makes good contender for multipath fading environments. Its compactness, wide bandwidth with high data rate make it suitable for wireless communication networks.
