To fulfill the expectations of the load requirements, multilevel inverters are essential. Various researches focus to increase the level of the inverters, reduce the switches, and change the topologies to achieve higher output to drive loads efficiently. However, there are harmonic contents detected in the output voltage for all these multilevel inverters. Cascaded $\mathbf{H}$ bridge topology is chosen for analyzing all the inverters. Total harmonic distortion of five, seven, nine, eleven, thirteen, fifteen, nineteen, twenty one and twenty nine are compared and tabulated. This research proposes to focus on comparing the harmonics of these multilevel inverters and to understand the changes using data visualization techniques. Study proposes selection of higher level inverters to drive high speed drives.
