Two-photon polymerization (2PP) of photosensitive inorganic-organic hybrid polymers. (ORMOCER/sup /spl reg//s) is demonstrated as a very promising approach for the fabrication of complicated three-dimensional micro- and nanostructures for applications in photonics.
