The inclusion of railway power conditioner (RPC) is a reliable way to address power quality problems in traction power supply system. However, the structure of the traction power supply system will change due to RPC, which will also cause a change in the law of low-frequency oscillation. This paper aims to evaluate the low-frequency oscillation of the traction power supply system integrated with RPC from the perspective of impedance analysis. Firstly, a low-frequency oscillation model is established for the traction power supply system. An assessment method for the sensitivity of each parameter to the amplitude and frequency of low-frequency oscillations is further proposed. Finally, the correctness of the proposed method is verified by MATLAB/Simulink.
