By using the technology of hydroforming and manufacture of the rear housing not only can saving material and energy resources, and also can bring about lightweight and improve the quality of products. For this reason had make succeed in developing new technology which by using seamless steel tube as blank and adopting hydroforming bulge be produce Auto driving axle housing. In order to perfect this new technology and extend its using limit, in the paper was conducted simulation analyses for the hydroforming process with FEM. After was contrasted simulation result contrasted with technological experiment, was found that it identical to experiment result, thus was checked the correctness of building FEM molded. The study for simulation of process will lay the foundation of continue in development other rear axle housing of heavy-duty truck.
