An outline of modifications of Beaufort wind scale from 1805 to 1946 are given. There are formulas dealing with mutual, dependence of wind force, speed and pressure of wind in compliance with Beaufort wind scale from 1946. The tables show: numerical values of the wind speed corresponding to four different Beaufort wind scales (of 1874, 1913, 1926 and 1946) and the comparison of Beaufort wind scale of 1926 with that of 1946; numerical values of speed and wind pressure on the ship which depend on wind force expressed by Beaufort number; the values of wind speed curve and wind pressure curve, according to Schoeneich, in dimensionless form and for height from 0 m up to 40 m; numerical values of wind speed and wind pressure on the ship within the range of the wind force from 1 B up to 12 B for the above mentioned height. Six diagrams the curves of which correspond to data in mentioned tables are given.
