A detailed description of the General Aviation Dynamics (GAD) model is given. It contains a complete set of statistics, including actual data, for the estimated causal relationships within each sector of the model. Also illustrated is how the GAD model can be used to evaluate alternative policy actions. The model is a dynamic simulation, interactive computer, model built upon the cause-effect interactions displayed between various sectors of the general aviation system.
