Presented is a technical report on digital computer simulation study of the influence of solid-state electrical distribution on aircraft power generation. The generator-regulator and variable-speed constant-frequency simulation is based on Parks' generator equations and regulator math models. Computer simulation of aircraft generator system includes four wire distribution, with loads distributed on buses from discreetly defined feeders with both mechanical or solid-state power contactors, circuit breakers, and simulated individual loads. The program provides the ability to operate into a bus network that exceeds the expected requirements of modern aircraft, with adequate provisions in the number of loads to simulate a large complex aircraft with no restriction on the phase imbalance.
