A boarding ramp is proposed, containing a frame consisting of two girders with steps hinged to joints at the side and a power cylinder hinged to the joints at the side and the frame. The device is distinguished by the fact that it is supplied with a container, filled with steps, and with a drive mechanism, joined together and mounted at the hinge joints of the girder inside the frame. This permits better utilization of the space inside the aircraft. (Author)
