An overview of the contribution of the Norwegian Space Center to 1989 space activities is presented. A summary table of cost breakdown is given with the 1988 figures given as comparison. Contributions to telecommunication systems, the Columbus Space Station, hypersonic space transport (including the West German Saenger vehicle), remote sensing observation and the Cassini/Huygen mission are outlined. An administration graphic of the center is included.
