Various principles underlying the construction of spacecraft attitude stabilization systems are examined in this book. General data are presented on the angular motion and stabilization of spacecraft. The literature devoted to passive stabilization systems, reaction-wheel and control moment gyro stabilization systems, as well as to active stabilization systems using reaction jets is discussed. The book is intended for engineering technicians and scientists engaged in the design, calculation and study of spacecraft stabilization systems. It may be useful to instructors and students of the higher educational institutions. (Author)
