This study, conducted by ICF Kaiser, was funded by the US Trade and Development Agency. It studies the feasibility of rehabilitating the Calcutta Tramways, including assessing the condition and adequacy of the existing tramways, identifying and evaluating alternative methods of improving service, and recommending a plan for reconstuction of the existing infrastructure.
