The purpose of the volume is to familiarize personnel with the operation and service instructions for the Computer System Test Console, 52E270003-603. This tester, commonly called the Test Console Computer System, is a unit of the Aerospace Ground Equipment used to control the Digital Computer portion of the Inertial Guidance System in the Gemini Spacecraft during system and pre-launch testing. The TCCS is manufactured by the International Business Machines (IBM) Corporation of Rockville, Maryland for the McDonnell Company of St. Louis, Missouri.
