The Air Force Rocket Propulsion Laboratory awarded a contract in 1982 to Rocketdyne to demonstrate the performance of two low-thrust bipropellant engine/redundant seat valve assemblies. The program focused on the integration and demonstration test of two independently developed redundant seat bipropellant valves and two low-thrust beryllium engines. The test program conducted on the redundant seat valve/engine assemblies included laboratory checkouts, random launch vibration simulation, calibration hot-fire, and durability hot-fire. This report contains a description of the test hardware and documents the results of the completed test program.
