Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) was awarded a grant from the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) to perform an extreme weather vulnerability assessment of transportation infrastructure in the state. The geographical scope of this vulnerability assessment includes all major transportation infrastructure located within Tennessee. The temporal scope extends through calendar year 2040, a time frame that aligns with capital and rehabilitation cycles, and the horizon year of current Long Range Transportation Plans.
