The project concerns the proposed improvements and additions to Everett-Stewart Airport, Union City, Tennessee. The unaviodable, probable, adverse environmental effects of this project were determined extremely remote and unlikely to occur. The use of the area as an airport is ideal in that its location is in a sparsely populated area removed from the proximity of residential and densely populated areas.
