This report consists of 16 papers that explore the move over law, spatial effectiveness of speed feedback signs, automated section speed enforcement systems, risks of apprehension for speeding in Norway, effects of alcohol on speeding and road positioning, influence of cannabis on fatal traffic crashes, child car restraints, the Jordan rollover system, and knee--thigh--hip injuries in frontal vehicle collisions. This issue of the TRR also examines nonlane-based motorcycle movements, moped rider violation behavior and moped safety at intersections in China, characteristics of injuries in motorcycle-to-barrier collisions, safety benefits of stability control systems for tractor-semitrailers, wireless roadside inspection of commercial motor vehicles, effects of hours of service and driving patterns on motor carrier crashes, and commercial driver factors in run-off-road crashes.
