The objective of this project is to conduct a limited top-down assessment of the MOBILE6 emission factor model by comparing model output data against literature values of composite highway vehicle emission data. To meet the study objective, the literature emissions data must have been collected in a controlled manner such that the vehicle sources are well-characterized and can be attributed to a test fleet reasonably duplicated using MOBILE6.
