An architectural design of a test environment for AOCS (Attitude and Orbit Control Subsystem) applications is proposed. This environment will support specific AOCS applications for different missions. Based on the results of the AESOD (AOCS Executive Software Design) study, a testbed for functional and real time testing can be utilized. The architecture and the realized solution of this testbed are presented. Test results on its workload to the dedicated AOCS processor are shown.
