This report describes a crew-oriented computer simulation program. It demonstrates the feasibility of using computer simulations to study the aircrew manning requirements for the KC-135 jet tanker. The program simulates the major operational attributes of a squadron of jet tankers, and produces data on system-wide operations in formats which facilitate management decisions on manning.
