It establishes a basis for the more intensive study of air transportation problems and a foundation for the development of programs which will lead to an adequate regional air transportation system. The report presents a brief inventory of existing air facilities, defines pertinent air transportation issues, identifies relevant interest groups, and reviews recent applicable studies. (Author)
