This report details a comprehensive undertaking which consists of a rational modern transportation system in San Pedro Port. The plan is flexible enough to accommodate changes in priorities and physical needs that are anticipated in the year 2000. New technologies which are presently unknown may be introduced to enhance present proposals. This reconnaissance studies with the Corps of Engineers includes both transportation engineering and environmental impacts of the plan involving the public as well. (Author)
