Two SOLRAD-HI satellites are to be placed into synchronous orbit by a single launch vehicle in the Spring of 1975. Their ultimate destinations are similar 5.4 day circular orbits with spacing between satellites of 180 degrees. The restrictions and constraints placed on the launch sequence from synchronous to final orbit are reviewed. Included are some basic formulations intended to serve as a guide to the methods employed in the analysis. (Author)
