A mobile base for sounding rocket and balloon launches is presented. All equipment is integrated into standard containers for easy transportation and setup. The main activities are: campaign organization and operations; rocket/balloon preparation and launch; vehicle tracking and trajectory determination; telemetry data receiving, recording, processing; and payload subsystems development and integration. The tracking radars, recovery systems, and telemetry equipment are described.
