The Urban Water front Walkway Study is a more detailed review of one option specified in the City of Port Orchard Waterfront Revitalization Plan. This study is a conceptual design of a walkway from the Veteran's Home at Retsil to the Lighthouse Restaurant. Its purpose is to provide both a safe travel for the pedestrian and public access points to the Puget Sound. The project is structured to allow construction by phases in order for the project to be financially affordable.
