The project concerns the upgrading of the network of streets west of metropolitan Casper. The project is approximately 2.2 miles long and connects primary highways Wyoming 220 and U.S. 20 and 26. The general conclusion is that the improvement will be beneficial to the Casper community and the Fort Caspar historic site, and that the most noticeable adverse effect would be failure to make the improvement.
