The invention relates to the nondestructive testing of the bonding between glass reinforced plastic sections and more particularly pertains to the testing of secondary bonding of stiffeners to a glass reinforced ship hulls. The testing is accomplished in-place and can be repeated during the life of the ship when necessary.
