The model study of the improvement plan for the Willamette Falls Locks project was conducted at the Bonneville Hydraulic Laboratory, Bonneville, Oregon. The general purpose of this study was to determine the adequacy of the features of the improvement plan as originally disigned by means of tests performed with a 1:25-scale model.
