The proposed action is a joint Federal and State proposal for the reconstruction of a section of Interstate Route 86 along the existing corridor in the Towns of Vernon, Tolland and Willington, Connecticut. The proposed project is in the preliminary design phase with approximately 45% of the total design completed. The project traverses a suburban-rural area, and would displace an estimated nine families and two commercial establishments. (Author)
