The rapid development of vehicle technology requires a very intensive research activity in vehicle system dynamics. Nowadays the results of research are equally applied in the development of new vehicle systems and in the development of new maintenance and operation methods, for example, diagnostic systems. As the new technologies are closely connected with computer based digital control systems, it is clear that identificatin and system anomaly problems are more important than ever, not to mention the fact that a vehicle system optimization can require in itself a detailed parameter identification, and a parameter sensitivity analysis. In accordance with the mentioned facts, there are 59 paper received by the Organizing Committee introducing the recent results of the past two years. As it can be foreseen from the titles and the abstracts, the authors can expect a very fruitful exchange of views and experiences of researchers and specialists attending their conference.
