The goal of the Port Authority in developing excess airport land into an industrial park is to strengthen the economic vitality of the airport and to increase the tax base and employment opportunities for the general benefit of the Kansas City Community. The FAA regulations are crucial in assessing the feasibility and planning the development of an industrial park at Fairfax Airport.
