The study is the result of a comprehensive review of the Existing Transportation Systems and Community Facilities of the ABCD (Andrew-Buchanan-Clinton-DeKalb) Region. The transportation inventory consists of a description, with detailed maps, of the existing major road systems and their deficiencies, air facilities, railroads, and pipelines of the four county region. The Community Facilities Inventory includes surveys of the school facilities, fire districts, recreation and public buildings. (Author)
