The study, conducted by Turner International, was funded by the U.S. Trade and Development Agency. The purpose of the study was for the development of new parking facilities and renovation of the arrival and departure areas of the Manila International Airport. The report also covers structural design concepts to alleviate congestion at the front of the airport. Also covered in the report is a budget estimate and financial analysis. The report is divided into the following sections: (1) Overview, Contract, Subcontracts and Project Related Correspondence; (2) Design Concepts; (3) Preliminary Design Documents; (4) Construction Estimate; (5) Financing.
