The final environmental statement describes the effects relating to the existing environment along a five mile corridor that is recommended as a location for a federal highway in Broward County, Florida. At the present time, State Road 7 (U.S. 441) extends from Miami, Florida, northerly to a point intersecting State Road 704 (Okeechobee Boulevard) approximately six miles west of the City of West Palm Beach.
