The report contains the appendices and support documentation for volume I of this study. The purpose of the study is to evaluate and compare the technology and cost associated with crude oil transportation alternative from the Bering Sea. For the base case parameters of all three scenarios, the optimum crude oil transportation alternative consists of an offshore loading terminal for loading two ice-strengthened tanks. Descriptions of the tankers and support vessels are given.
