The Office of Highway Safety is committed to improving safety and security on Delaware roadways through the administration of federal highway safety funds, the collection and analysis of crash data, and the development and implementation of countermeasures to combat unsafe driving. The Delaware Office of Highway Safety, established in accordance with the Highway Safety Act 0f 1966, is a state agency dedicated to promoting safe travel throughout Delaware. The Office of Highway Safety is a divisioni of the Department of Safety and Homeland Security.
