The report presents the results of a Qualification Test Program on Hamilton Standard Rocket Engine Assembly Model 10-16, a nominal 0.2 pound thrust monopropellant engine. The purpose of this test program was to demonstrate that this engine meets the performance and environmental requirements of the Naval Research Laboratories specification, NRL RFP N00014-73-R-0011, Part II.
