This report provides an overview of the current state of practice in evaluation of air quality impacts and also in emissions modeling. This report also describes the recent developments in emissions modeling. The air quality impacts of various ITS strategies and technology bundles are also described in detail. Reported air quality benefits of various ITS projects are also presented.
