This report is the result of a comprehensive collaborative study undertaken by Central Road Research Institute and Central Building Research Institute for stabilization of different soils with lime and flayash for use in the lower layers of pavement systems as bases/sub-bases in both roads and airfields, as well as manufacture of building blocks as an alternative to burnt clay bricks.
