The NASP program will lead to future vehicles that carry crew and cargo to and from orbit. These systems must not only work synergistically with the fleet of launch vehicles in operation at the time of their introduction, but also provide efficient integration services for every payload they carry. Applications studies of NASP-Derived Vehicles (NDV) performed by Rockwell International have addressed both of these concerns.
