This paper discusses the U.S. Spacelab missions flown from 1983 to 1993. A general overview of the Spacelab program is provided, along with the highlights from the decade of Spacelab missions. Each of the missions, Spacelab 1, Spacelab 2, Spacelab 3, Astro-1, Spacelab Life Sciences 1 (SLS-1), the First International Microgravity Laboratory (IML-1), the First Atmospheric Laboratory for Applications and Science (ATLAS 1), the First United States Microgravity Laboratory (USML-1), the First Mission of the Tethered Satellite System (TSS-1), Spacelab J, the First United States Microgravity Payload (USMP-l), and the Second Atmospheric Laboratory for Applications and Science (ATLAS 2), is then discussed and future missions reviewed.
